Terms of Sale & Use

Last updated: 26 May 2026

Important: Unspoken Desire is an adults-only digital card game. You must be 18 or over to buy, access, or use it. The game is for consenting adults only.

1. Seller Information

Unspoken Desire is sold by Inkfinity Ltd, Ireland. For customer support, access-code issues, or pre-purchase questions, email hello@unspokendesire.ie.

2. Digital Product

This is a digital-access product. After purchase, you receive an access code by email. Access codes are normally delivered within 12 hours because fulfilment is currently handled manually.

3. Age Restriction

You confirm that you are at least 18 years old. You must not share access with anyone under 18.

4. Consent, Safety & Responsibility

All game activity must be consensual, legal, private where required, and respectful of everyone involved. Any player can stop, skip, or refuse any card at any time without explanation. Players are responsible for obeying local laws, venue rules, public decency rules, and personal boundaries.

5. Access Code Use

Your code is for personal use only. Do not resell, publish, or share your code publicly. If a code fails, email support and include your purchase email address.

6. Refunds & Cancellations

Because this is digital content, you may lose the right to cancel once access has been provided and the digital content has been made available. If you have not received or used your access code, contact us and we will review the issue fairly.

7. Technical Access

The site uses a soft access gate. It is not bank-level security. Browser settings, private browsing, clearing storage, or device changes may require you to enter your code again.

8. Intellectual Property

All game content, design, wording, images, branding, and page content belong to Inkfinity Ltd unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, scrape, sell, or publish the game or card content.

9. Liability

The game is provided for entertainment only. Inkfinity Ltd is not responsible for misuse, unsafe behaviour, unlawful activity, relationship disputes, injury, embarrassment, loss, or damage caused by how players choose to use the game.

10. Changes

We may update these terms as the product develops. The version on this page applies at the time you use the site.
